After graduating with a B.S. in Information and Computer Science from UCI, Noel Ruiz went on to continue his education at UCLA, where he earned a M.S. in Computer Science. An enthusiast not only for innovative technology and software, but also for helping people and companies succeed, Noel has enjoyed consulting for over 10 years and gained considerable experience designing and developing websites and software applications.
In 2008 Noel decided to put his cumulative knowledge and experience together as an offering under a new business named Niche Tank. The idea for Niche Tank was inspired by Noel's passion for helping clients, colleagues and friends alike succeed at their respective goals in life and business. Every business has its own unique goals and needs and Niche Tank is here to address them with a fresh perspective, beautiful designs and new technologies.
